CASE STUDY: BIG TOP ACADEMY

Show launch on kids channel POP (2020)

To celebrate the launch of Cirque Du Soleil’s Big Top Academy on POP, we worked with the talented teachers from London’s National Centre for Circus Arts to teach children how to perform like their favourite characters for the day. The kids were given the opportunity to try out the trapeze, tight rope walking and acrobatics, and got to practice tumbling on the special sprung floor. 

 

Alongside this, engaged the support of kids press and listing media with a nationwide mailer that included exclusive circus skills equipment such as juggling balls and diablos, and some very colourful snacks! On top of this, competitions for families to win tickets to Cirque Du Soleil’s Luzia at the Royal Albert Hall ran throughout launch with some of the UK’s top parenting sites.
