CASE STUDY: TAROT

Home Entertainment Release (2024)

We executed a spine-chilling campaign for the home release of Sony Pictures' horror film Tarot.

To create an immersive and memorable experience, we partnered with the haunted Old Mary's cocktail bar in London. We invited influencers to a special Tarot event, where they indulged in unique cocktails inspired by cards/characters from the film, such as The Fool, The Hermit, The Hanged Man, and The High Priestess. The influencers also had the opportunity to have their Tarot cards read, mirroring a key element of the movie. To enhance the eerie atmosphere, we designed bespoke menus, coasters, and Tarot reading instructions inspired by the film, transforming Old Mary's into a Tarot-themed haven, with the limited edition Tarot cocktails on sale to the public for a month.

In addition to the event, we curated and sent out Tarot-themed gift mailers to further engage influencers and media. These mailers included Tarot branded biscuits, wax melts, and coffee, as well as candles, Liquid Death cans, and a deck of Tarot cards, creating an experience that tied back to the film whilst also reinforcing our home entertainment message.
